First... I am a loyal customer of Nissan of Garden Grove since 2002 and have come to trust in your service. I love my car, and try to make sure to keep up with all my regular maintenance as recommended. Ben Gonzales, attended me on my schedule appointment on Saturday, he was very pleasant and attentive and for the first time was offered to have the shuttle drop me off at home and pick me up when my car was ready.
My point is .... not having to sit in the waiting room for hours to have my car serviced... just make my day.

"I've had bad experiences with several Nissan employees around Orange County. I usually have a harder time because I'm a female and mechanics assume I don't know much about cars. I've even refused to go back to Nissan of Orange because of their poor service and rude conduct. Recently, I've had the greatest experience with one of your employees. His name was Ed Ortiz. He was courteous, prompt and respectful. I have never encountered an employee of his distinction. It was remarkable and I would like to thank him for the impressive service I received. I was very much appreciated. I hope you recognize your employees when they do such a great job. I will be returning back to your Orange County location when I have a problem in the future. Thanks!" |
